By accessing and using this golf course booking service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Tee times can be booked up to 14 days in advance
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tee time
• No-shows may result in booking privileges being suspended
• Maximum of 4 players per tee time
• Players must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled tee time

3. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Users must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Course Rules and Etiquette

• Players must follow all posted course rules and staff instructions
• Proper golf attire is required
• Players must maintain pace of play
• Players are responsible for any damage to golf carts or course property
• The course reserves the right to refuse service to anyone

5. Weather Policy

• The course may close due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions
• Rain checks will be issued according to the course's discretion
• Lightning warnings require immediate clearing of the course

6. Limitation of Liability

Players use the course and its facilities at their own risk. The course is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during your visit.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
